Power Work Force is a specialized workforce provider for energy and construction projects. We are not a traditional staffing agency. We deploy trained, disciplined crews who are ready to perform from day one, backed by the operational experience of Power Ray, a utility-scale solar construction subcontractor.
We support solar construction, natural gas infrastructure, battery energy storage (BESS), and data center construction. Solar is our core strength, and we are actively expanding into the other three as demand grows.
We are built for rapid mobilization. In most cases we can have a crew on site within two weeks, and as fast as one week when a project needs it.
Yes. We have electricians and craft labor enrolled in a registered apprenticeship program. This supports the apprenticeship requirements many energy projects must meet to qualify for federal tax credits and deductions.

We pay weekly, every Friday.
Yes. We provide travel reimbursement and per diem. We confirm all pay and logistics with you before you mobilize.
