This Policy applies to: (1) visitors to our website; (2) job applicants and candidates; and (3) individuals placed or employed through Power Work Force staffing services ("Workers"). Please read this Policy carefully.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information, depending on your relationship with us:
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
● Contact information: full name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
● Application and recruiting information: resume, work history, certifications, skills, availability, and answers to screening questions (including legal work authorization status).
● Employment and placement information: ADP employee number, project assignment, role, level, and pay-related information necessary for placement and payroll coordination.
● Performance information: supervisor evaluations submitted through our POWER Code review process, hours worked, and related performance metrics.
● Communications: messages you send us via our website contact form, email, phone, or WhatsApp/SMS.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
● Website usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies, including pages visited, referring website, device and browser type, and approximate location (IP-based).
● Analytics data collected through tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel, used to understand how visitors use our website and to measure the performance of our recruiting campaigns.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
● Job board platforms (e.g., Indeed), where you have applied to one of our postings.
● Referrals from current Workers or other individuals.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
● To evaluate and process job applications and staffing candidacy.
● To place and manage Workers on client projects, including coordinating with our payroll provider (ADP).
● To evaluate Worker performance through our internal POWER Code review process.
● To communicate with applicants and Workers, including by phone, email, and WhatsApp/SMS (see Section 6 below).
● To operate, maintain, and improve our website and recruiting systems.
● To measure and improve the performance of our recruiting and marketing campaigns.
● To comply with legal obligations, including employment, tax, and labor law requirements.
● To protect the rights, property, and safety of Power Work Force, our Workers, our clients, and the public.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients, solely for the purposes described in this Policy:
● Service providers who support our operations, including: Crelate (applicant tracking / CRM), Jotform (data collection forms), Make (workflow automation), Google (Sheets, Analytics), Indeed (recruiting platform), and ADP (payroll).
● Clients of Power Work Force, to the extent necessary to place and manage Workers on their projects.
● Government authorities or other third parties, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Power Work Force or others.
● A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
4. Text Message (SMS) and WhatsApp Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages or WhatsApp messages from Power Work Force, we will use that number to send messages related to your application, placement, scheduling, or performance reviews.
● Consent is not a condition of employment or placement.
● Message and data rates may apply.
● Message frequency varies.
● You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP," or by contacting us at recruitment@powerworkforcellc.com.
● We do not send bulk or promotional text messages without prior opt-in consent, consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and WhatsApp Business Policy.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Where applicable, these rights may include the right to:
● Confirm whether we are processing your personal information and access that information.
