5. To operate, maintain, and improve our website and recruiting systems.
6. To measure and improve the performance of our recruiting and marketing campaigns.

1. Service providers who support our operations, including: Crelate (applicant tracking / CRM), Jotform (data collection forms), Make (workflow automation), Google (Sheets, Analytics), Indeed (recruiting platform), and ADP (payroll).
2. Clients of Power Work Force, to the extent necessary to place and manage Workers on their projects.
3. Government authorities or other third parties, where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Power Work Force or others.

4. Text Message (SMS) and WhatsApp Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages or WhatsApp messages from Power Work Force, we will use that number to send messages related to your application, placement, scheduling, or performance reviews.
